ADDITIONAL PEOPLE

• Children 12 years old & under sharing the same bedding – no charge  (Maximum one child free of charge per villa)

• Children 12 years old & older and adults are charged Rp. 200,000 per night in roll-away bed

• Baby Cribs: Rp. 200,000 per night

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in after 2:00 PM

• Check-out before 12:00 Noon

MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY

• A two night minimum stay is required

Inclusions

• Villa rate includes Service Charge & Government tax

• WiFi in villa and throughout the property

• In-villa provided coffee & tea and mineral water

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT DETAILS

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking

• The reservation balance will be charged 42 days prior to check-in for stays longer than four nights

• For stays four nights or less, the balance will be charged upon check-in

  A 2% supplement will be added for credit card transactions. Internet bank transfers and Indonesian rupiah cash are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations canceled at least 42 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund

• Reservations canceled within 42 days of the check-in date will not be refunded

  Bank service fees of 4% will be deducted from all refunds

Extenuating Circumnstances & refunds

In the event travel to Indonesia is not possible within 14 days of the check-in date due to official Indonesian travel restrictions, airport closures due to pandemics, epidemics, official natural disasters, civil unrest or war, we will refund the reservation value received less bank charges of 4%.

No refunds due to canceled, missed or re-routed flights, unmet vaccine requirements, personal health or illness, family health or illness, or any visa or passport related issues or work commitments.

No refund will be given for no-shows or days not used resulting in early check-out.
